Description

When querying the GITHUB Enterprise API for closed pull requests with a specific branch, the API returns the PR number of an open pull request instead of the closed ones.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the following API endpoint:
2. Replace {owner}, {repo}, and {branch} with the appropriate values.

Expected Behavior

The API should return closed pull requests for the specified branch.

Actual Behavior

The API returns the PR number of an open pull request.
