SECURITY.adoc doesn't show in the README tabs

Description

On a project home page, if there is SECURITY.adoc file, it doesn't show up in the README tabs.
However, SECURITY.md does. The tab support should work for asciidoc files as well.
README.adoc shows up properly.

Reproduction Steps

Go to a project's page, e.g.https://github.com/flowlogix/flowlogix
Scroll down, there are two tabs, "README" and LICENSE"
However, there should be 3 tabs, including SECURITY, but there is not.
