Problems with installing postgres-16 postgres-14

During installing postgres-16 and also postgres14 I got the errorrs
error starting service postgresql-x64-14
after that
Failed to load SQL modules into database cluster
after that
problem running post-install step could not set registry key HKEY_Local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\postgresql-x64-14 description REG-SZ
