Cancel Co pilot subscription on another github account not in use

I have another github account with username lebara-neha. I had purchased github copilot for this account when I was working for my old organization lebara.
I left the organisation in July and now I cannot access my lebara github account as it is linked to organization email so I am unable to cancel Copilot subscription. Can you please help me with this

For this kind of problems, it's recommended to contact support. Open a ticket here, select "Billing, payments, or receipts" and explain your issue.
