File tree doesn't scroll to the current file on the first load only when you're logged in

The file tree should scroll to the current file.
However, it doesn't work under specific conditions:

• You're logged in
• Open a new link to a file/directory (e.g. https://github.com/github/docs/blob/main/src/types.ts)

I tried to fix it with userscript:
