Resources?

There is no information on the resources available. Lets say we get 1million hits does the instance auto scale? At the moment we have Cloud Run set up with an instance of 1000 active connections, when this is hit cloud run spins up a new instance to accommodate the next 1000 users. I am just curious as I did not see any information about this.
