I am running Linux Mint 22 and Cinnamon 6.2.9, on a laptop with a second monitor attached.

The feature request is:
The configuration dialogue for each panel launcher should allow which monitor an app is opened on to be specified. That would solve the problem I describe below:

I have a panel in each monitor. In some cases, an app launcher opens its app on the monitor whose launcher I clicked on. In some cases, it always opens its app on one monitor and not the other, regardless of which panel launcher I clicked.
This works with Thunderbird and Firefox, but not with Krusader. I don't know how on earth I succeeded with the first two, but no matter what I do (what am I failing to do?) I can't get Krusader to open on the monitor whose panel launcher I clicked. It always opens on the last monitor I placed the window on after launching it.
