Is Daily() calculated according to the time in UTC, or is it calculated according to the time of the local weather office?
If it's based on UTC time, what happens to weather data broken down by daily granularity only? Do you just use that data, or do you interpolate it, convert it to UTC time, and then recalculate the average?
This question is important to me. Thank you in advance for being able to answer.
