Import project settings without a stored file

Idea

For a multi-node setup of mosparo, some files must be synchronized between the nodes. One of the directories is var/data/import, in which mosparo stores an import file when someone uses the import functionality.

The file must be stored on the server because the user must confirm the changes before we apply them.

If possible, this stored file should be removed. An option is to store the file's content in the form so we do not have to care about it.
