This project is really useful and quite extensive but there's so much stuff to take in and I was wondering if you could provide a minimal configuration for self-hosting.
My main complains so far are:
A bunch of .ymls littered in multiple directories
Everything exists inside the git repo so will inevitably override your settings on rebase
I run the built-in TFTP server from dnsmasq and nothing else (DHCP server points to it, no HTTP server running). And I'd like to set it up where I offer my own files (e.g. an Archiso ISO) but also have the ability to get everything else through GitHub. I guess I'll have to write a custom_menu and create an entry which points to my ISO but as I said there's a LOT to read through and I was wondering if there's like a quickstart guide to achieve what I want.
