build failure for (DEVKIT=icicle-kit-es)

I am getting following build error while doing a make all for icicle-kit-es.

Not enabling -flto as stack protector enabled
/bin/bash: genconfig: command not found

nevermind. I was missing kconfiglib

For others: This fixes the issue.
sudo pip3 install kconfiglib.

closing the issue.
