Add Donation Link for Non-Commercial Recommendations

It would probably be nice to have a "Donate" link for projects that aren't for-profit products.

This is yet another example of why open source devs need funding.

If we are not going to donate to other open source projects (which I think we absolutely should), then at the very least add donation links to help them out.
