This ties in with privacyguides/privacyguides.org#960 The plan is to have a "privacy laws around the world" page, similar to what how Wikipedia covers censorship for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_censorship_and_surveillance_in_Africa The plan is to discuss per country, particular laws that may invade a person's privacy. This would then be the perfect place for "country specific" stuff to be mentioned like https://privacytools.ru/#russia for example:

That is going to be huge. Some obscure countries may lack data for this. We should create an info-box on each country for quick facts. Something like:

I think this page would also be an appropriate place to list materials related to a particular country. For example https://www.eff.org/deeplinks and https://cyberlaw.stanford.edu/ generally are both high quality sources for the going-ons in the US. |
