Vikunja is an open-source to-do list application with a focus on privacy. It lets you create tasks, manage them in lists and namespaces and share them with other people or teams. You can check out a demo here.

Could you please provide us with some additional info as to what this project brings to the table on top of our current recommendations?

Specifically, what wasn't immediately clear to me is if the service is end-to-end encrypted. That would allow you to distrust the server hosting the software.

I think it'd fit better into the Productivity Tools category rather than notebooks. You could do notes with it but there are other tools like the ones you mentioned which are better suited for that job. Vikunja is built as a to-do list app to allow storing and managing tasks, much like todoist or trello. As far as I looked at it, there's no such tool on your site yet.

Vikunja is currently not end-to-end encrypted but can be self-hosted.
