Add Okeano as search engines recommendation

So, I just discovered the search engine Okeano and wondered if you could maybe add it to your recommendation since its Privacy Policy looks great and it supports a good cause, 80% of their benefits go to helping remove plastic on the ocean.

Seems to show results similar to ddg so likely using Bing. It indeed looks quite good and they seem to be quite transparent. Hard to tell whether you could fully trust this, but I see nothing against it.

In fact, if any three letter agency (NSA, CIA, and so on) were to request information about any of our users, it would be impossible for us to provide any identifiable information.

Grand claims like that with not enough details put me off, personally.

Given the alternatives, there seems little reason to list it when the company makes claims like these...
