I am wondering why you want this. From my experience the last couple of years the recommendations are changing quickly. A PDF will almost always be outdated.

One way to do is that we find a way to automate it so that a PDF is generated with every release, and we could provide that PDF per release. The plugins @flexagoon mentioned above may help with that.

@Srazan why do you want a PDF specifically? I'm just trying to get an idea of what the use-case is, would any offline format work, or is there a situation where a PDF would be useful and nothing else would?

For example, what if we generated a ZIM file to use offline with Kiwix, would that also work?

@jonaharagon It's just that I love reading from PDFs over websites (I know this sounds crazy)

Not sure what would be useful about a PDF of the site when you can just save the html for offline viewing. A lot of browsers offer the option to save a page as a PDF as well. I think trying to generate a PDF with every release is just going to add extra unneccesary complexity when anyone can pretty much make a PDF very easily whenever they want to.
