Include a mention for The Pale Moon Project

Mostly to just raise awareness for the project, and encourage support. I wouldn't recommend it completely since many if not all addons seem defunct, but I'm a relatively new user. But that's exactly why it needs a larger audience.

If I recall correctly, the verdict was that it uses insecure extension system and has small team not dedicated to security leading to constant security issues fixed late if at all.

We won't be mentioning Palemoon. Essentially it is an outdated fork of Firefox with some very questionable changes, there was specific discussion in this issue privacytools/privacytools.io#375.

No software repository includes it either.
