Changing VPN Providers Criteria

After reading this Blog Post from Windscribe : https://blog.windscribe.com/i-doesnt-matter-how-many-eyes-you-have-66f59fc1e777/.

I think that the Criteria "Operating outside the USA or other Five Eyes countries" should be removed for VPN Providers or excluded for Certain VPN Providers.

If I am Wrong, Just Tell me What's wrong with 5-eyes Country and Tell that, Why aren't you trusting them.

Plesae read all the articles from Windscribe Blog if Possible. Then, bash me down, Why I am wrong.

1. There are no mandatory data retention directives that apply to VPNs in any of the 5 eyes countries. If you don’t store any data, you cannot be compelled to hand over what you don’t have. The common misconception is that the data retention laws that do exist apply to Internet Service Providers. A VPN is not an ISP, so the law does not apply.
