How can i use the DNS providers?

Could you clarify what did you do, what happened and what did you expect to happen? Which OS/distribution and version are you on?

I'm currently using Windows 10 (I'm up to date) and I installed Unbound DNS. I needed to search it on my program files folder and open it there. When i opened it i saw a dev/black screen, I tried to write on it but it didn't do nothing. I thought it would be more easy to use like DNSCloack

I have no idea how Unbound and similar work in Windows and would recommend Bleeping Computer's article: How to enable DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) in Windows 10, the options seem to be:

• wait for Windows to implement DoH or upgrade to insider channel (which may not be recommended)
• enable it in your web browser (the article documents Firefox, Chrome and Edge)

Another option is to use an app by a DNS provider such as Cloudflare WARP (without WARP) or NextDNS.

PrivacyGuides don't list the actual addresses and I think the idea is that your OS has a native support for encrypted DNS and you use PrivacyGuides to pick a provider you like and read their documentation on which address you can enter your OS to use it. Currently this would be the easiest on Android 9+ (excluding OEMs that hide the setting), iOS with encrypted-dns.party and a bit more difficult on Linux.

I actually installed Cloudflare WARP and it works pretty well. I tried the Windows 10 native support but i didn't know how it works.

As an update here, in Windows 11 you configure DNS normally and if it's something Microsoft supports e.g. Cloudflare & Quad9, Network status in Settings will let you enable DNS over HTTPS
