Email login USDC approval not working

It worked until yesterday. Now when I start a transaction with Wagmi I see this window without doing anything.
Please help me!

Edit: make it more minimal and using standart Wagmi react hooks.

@svenvoskamp Yes it is good now though it shows false information to the user:

The request is to approve fix USDC amount, but it shows "Sending Unlimited USDC", which is not good and scary!
