OpenCL runtime for Vega

I have a Vega 64 and an MI25 flashed to a WX9100, and when I've installed rocm-opencl-runtime, everything appears to work until I execute any OpenCL code. For example, BitCrack freezes at Initialising gfx900:xnack.

I've tried ROC_ENABLE_PRE_VEGA=1, but that doesn't help either. The wiki clearly states that rocm-opencl-runtime works with vega, so I have no idea what is going on.

Installing opencl-amd gives me a working OpenCL environment, however it clashes with the dependencies and prevents me from installing other GPGPU adjacent packages.

On a side note, I would really like to install ROCm 4.5.2-1 (commit 135aa02), how would one install it, or any older version of the ROCm software stack?
