App startup buggy, map display on app launch, launch screen issues

iOS 17.6.1, iPhone 13 Pro Max + iPad Mini 5, OsmAnd 4.8.2.1

This has been going on for some months now so I thought I make a bug report:

• when you launch the app sometimes (maybe 1 in 10-20 starts) the map displays max. zoomed out but still centred on your position
• sometimes the black launch screen is not displaying correctly, e.g. you launch the app, you immediately see the map and then the launchscreen for a split second and then back to the map
• when you close/terminate Osmand e.g. from the maps & resources screen on the next app launch you sometimes see that screen for ~0.2 sec and then the launch screen before the map displays. this happens quite often, perhaps 1 in 5-10 launches
• very rarely on app launch the map renders extremely slowly or only partly

I have a feeling that all of these issues might be connected somehow because they all showed up together starting several (6?) months ago.
