Button Elements in menu #218

When adding a menu link item you can use alternatives like or . Button elements are missing the padding-x and padding-y CSS variables so it is not aligned like the other menu items. Need to include Button's in https://github.com/osu-wams/madrone/blob/1.x/src/scss/layout/_superfish.scss#L36
