Ideally, we want Owl to start up automatically when a Wayland client tries to connect to the socket. This likely requires implementing launchd socket activation in Owl.

Also, we'd want to figure out a good value for XDG_RUNTIME_DIR, and make sure that it's set for any potential clients.
