"Make entity obsolete" doesn't allow for a clean undo

The "Make entity obsolete" action applies changes one-by-one rather than in a single batch making it difficult to undo the consequences of the action. This is not so much of a problem if using Git but it would be preferable to have a clean set of changes that can be undone as one.
