There is a community implementation: https://github.com/9romise/eslint-import-resolver-oxc (made by @9romise).

And as the current maintainer of the eslint-plugin-import-x, I am interested in using oxc as the default resolver.

IMHO the issue should be re-opened for future tracking and discussion.
