Automated staking if OXEN balance exceed user defined amount?

It may be useful if Oxen wallet user can set automatic staking if wallet balance reach certain amount of Oxen.

For example if more than 100 OXEN is in available balance, then stake rest of OXEN to the server/s with lowest fee % while fee % should not exceed user defined threshold.

Maybe ability to set threshold/s for diversity of the GEO/hosting provider/operator node count as shown at https://oxen.caliban.org/service_nodes
Maximum decommissions per interval (Vitality): xy
Maximum operator nodes: 20
Maximum % of the nodes per hosting provider out of total node count: 10%
Maximum % of the nodes located in a country out of total node count: 20%
