when I type "oxend prepare_registration"
it come out that "Error: Error: this command only supports HF19+"

I don't know what it is ? And How can I fix it?

In what context is this command being run on? On the oxen network we're currently at hard fork 19, if you are on a different network that is not at hard fork 19 then there'll be issues
