Publish to winget

Thanks for this awesome tool! I use a Mac at home but appreciate the ability to use a tool like this on Windows machines (at work or otherwise).

It would be great if this tool could be installed using winget install wsay.

I've never published anything for winget, but the official docs on how to do so are here:

Hey @Zearin, thank you for the kind words. I'm glad you find the tool useful!

I had looked into publishing on winget a while back (few years ago) and there were some technical issues preventing me from publishing at the time. No promises, I'm quite busy these days, but I'll take a second look see how it goes. I agree its a compelling way to install / update wsay :)
