So far the dogfood model is a pytest that outlines the process thus far.

We should improve this by using the time evolution of the wallets and proposal
We should ask Shawn for further advice on how to proceed

By time evolution, are you referring to the item_epoch function or just running simulations ?
I think that would be a good idea, maybe we can try to have a call before the next PrimeDAO meeting?
