org's s3 bucket has the incorrect directory structure

before v5, the articfact published to staging.patternfly.org was structured so that the site's js/css/fonts, etc was in a versioned directory. Then enabled us to use the version switcher since I could copy the whole versioned directory into patternfly.org's staging site.

now, the js/css/fonts/etc are all in the top level of the staging.patternfly.org s3 bucket, so, unless we are able to return to the previous directory structure, we are soon going to have issues with the site's version switcher.
