Add editing features to adobereader

A comment was on the adobereader package page](https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/adobereader#comment-6397198909) suggesting that you can get ``editing features in Adobe Reader if you make registry changes to the installation:

You need to install Adobe Acrobat Pro and add the reg entry to be able to use Pro in 'Read only mode', which means only users who sign in can edit files. Those who don't sign in will get the basic functionality of Adobe Reader.

The only registry changes I can see are for this:

f you need to run Acrobat in reader mode without users being required to log in, make the following registry changes

So I'm confused.
