JavaScript Thermal Shift Analysis
Thermal shift, also known as differential scanning fluorimetry or thermofluor, is a technique for determining protein stability. JTSA is a web application that provides automatic data parsing, curve fitting and visualisation for analysing thermal shift data. No compilation is needed. Simply copy a released version to a web server and the application will work.
