Add example to the running instructions page

On instructions page add concrete examples.

For example: for the input add examples of subdistrict.geojson, province, district, and subdist

I would like to say that in the data collection part, it has been developed to use with Thailand shapefile.
It's quite not flexible to use with other shapefiles or geojson files. Becaues, different geojson files would have different properties and attributes inside. Anyway, I'm adding that feature to be able to work with any geojson files.
