small edits to snuximDistMain.R & model_calculations.R - files can still be run as is, or called locally with rmd files
Added two rmd files in data-raw that source the snuximDistMain.R and model_calculations.R model runs
reports provide comparison against latest production model, analyses and download for user
published rmd reports to rstudio connect and scheduled to run once a day at 7am
