  1. When uploading media via a related record, the media upload modal always displays an error message upon completion of the upload, even if the upload was successful.

  1. There was also an issue where IIIF manifests were not being generated when related media_contents records were added/removed from a record. This was evident by the "Manifest URL" link returning null.
