Delete old devices

Is there some way to add delete option for devices/sensors?
For example Im replace normal PIR sensor with PIRCAM and remove PIR sensor from AX PRO. But on home assistant this sensor is still visible as device:

I will take a look how other integrations does that. I see MQTT has that functionality, but if the device is not tracked by the system i dont know if it will work correctly.

Anyway posibility is for example https://github.com/brettonw/Remove-Home-Assistant-Device as workaround.
