Hi Philres,

I am using NGMLR for the first time today.
can you help me parse this status line?

Processed: 148571 (0.87), R/S: 5.42, RL: 16581, Time: 5.40 1.00 82.79, Align: 0.97, 847, 0.94
and
Processed: 57501 (0.97), R/S: 2.74, RL: 31375, Time: 3.00 1.00 86.94, Align: 0.95, 1060, 0.93

I have two different threads running with different resources, and I am wondering if any of these numbers relate to efficiency or resource utilitization.

My 3.0 Gb of nanopore data has been running for eight hours... and I am trying to predict the completion time.
