Segmentation fault

Hello,
I run "ngmlr -x pacbio -r ref.fa -q query.fasta -o query.sam", and got error "Segmentation fault (core dumped)". I have been split the fasta file into many part, also can't work. Could you give me some advice.
The ngmlr is ngmlr-0.2.8

Just changed ngmlr-0.2.7，it's ok.

I encountered the same problem, Segmentation fault (core dumped)，when I used ngmlr-0.2.8, ,
and I switched to ngmlr-0.2.7, my data was running normally.
