vcf_clone_detect.py ###4 error #3

Hi,

I'm trying to identify the clones within my data set, but step 4 of vcf_clone_detect.py gives me this error, regardless of the input file I use.

"###4 - Clonal groups (threshold: 0.0)
Error: clone matrix not properly sorted"
