Images in PDF are missing

Steps to reproduce
Login as admin
Open print->muscle cars->highlights

Actual behavior
In the pdf file there are missing images
In the preview they are shown

Expected behavior
Images are shown in the PDF

it seems to be a timing problem ... second time generating the PDF (when thumbnail is already calculated) it is working.
