Move the play options from the 'now playing' footer #179

The 'now playing' footer is pretty crowded on small screens so lets move the shuffle/repeat etc play options somewhere else. Perhaps some sort of tray-style context menu that pops up? Or just moved up onto the 'now playing' page itself. I can't see any benefit in having them down there getting in the way.
