some pixels are incorrect help needed

I have noticed that some images are displayed correctly and other images are displayed with missing or wrong pixels.
so from the Pixel Gallery the images ID 751 to 769 are displayed correctly.
But for example the ID 702 is displayed disturbed with wrong pixel positions.
I get the same error when I use the text node from node red, also there the letters are displayed incorrectly while the big X from the alarm screen is displayed correctly.

Addition:
These are not electrical disturbances.
The voltage is stable and capacitors are installed.
When the text scrolls, the faulty characters move with the scroll position and the error remains unchanged at the new position.
Also the same characters are output with the same pixel error
