The C++ code in subdirectory rddlsim/cclient/ modified from mdpsim

to produce a C client for rddlsim is released under the Apache 
License 2.0: http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0

Where the above 3rd party licenses are not GPL compatible, these
libraries are exempt from GPL license restrictions.  They are simply
redistributed here for user convenience.
