Add vector helper component

Now the the graph has its own view, make a component that simplifies the displaying (and hiding) of the vectors on the graph while in presentation mode.

Suggested components

graph-vectors, would stack all the vectors in a flex box (original mode)
graph-vector, would ref a single vector via vue-portal (DOM transplanting)

Other ideas?
