Have to bypass the first animation from useSpring

I am making a loading animation with sharingan where the first tomoe pattern converts to second level tomoe while rotating. In my code the first tomoe pattern rotates 2 times as the first event triggers when the useSpring initiates and second rotation also contains first tomoe which is called by api.start().

It could be really helpful if there is some property like 'initialRender' which could be a boolen value...

I search for similar discussions which people insisted on using an event but in a loading what could be an initial event? I am confused...
