Behavior of Markshell. - Difference in the installed version and code version

The implementation of markshell is looking beautiful and super helpful. 🚀

Just a small observation which I have seen between the globally installed beta package, v3.2.0-beta.dd06251 and locally linked codebase of the latest master branch. Giving the details as well.

Beta Version

Node Version : 12.18.3

Following is the screenshot of the same which I guess is the expected behavior.

Locally installed version from codebase using npm link

Node Version : 12.14.0

Screenshot of the same command and this looks different than the original.

I am not sure it has to do with the node version.

Can you advise on that please. I am not sure whether this is the intended behavior during a beta release. I haven't experienced it before so thought will have it clarified.

Pardon me if this is the arena to post this question. Since it might not be an issue, I thought I will get a clarity on this and then initiate it as an issue if it is really one.

Waldek is right @StfBauer . I am using cmder for my shell. I had even tried using PowerShell which also fetches the similar result for me.

I also had done another test case just to make sure issue is not confining to my development version, I had spinned-up a fresh version of node and had cloned the actual repo. I had linked that repo as well. Even that fetches the result as mentioned above.

Let me know please if you need more information on the same.

I made some special adjustments for Windows in version 1.3.0. The screenshot shows tests with Powershell, cmd, and cider.

Looks promising.
