I am trying to apply a template to a newly created site. I keep getting this error message.

`Invoke-PnPSiteTemplate: The specified name is already in use.

Please try again with a new name.`

I have used the same template multiple times before. The only change is that I upgraded from 2.4.0. to 2.10.1. I even uninstalled the new version of the module but am not sure what else I can do. I am also not getting any details messages of what it is finding as duplicate. I have also tried creating a brand new site but still get the same error.

Appreciate any help.
