ConvertTo-PnPPage, can't add web parts when editing page in browser after transformation

First off, thanks to everyone who worked on the page transformations, saved me so much time, great work!

I'm encountering an issue on pages that I have transformed and am curious if anyone else is has seen this before. Note, this issue does not present on every page.

Using version 1.5, I complete my transformations and need to do some cleanup. When I go to the page to edit and click the "+" button, any row or column created by the transformation will give me the Section Layout flyout not the Web Parts flyout. It acts the same as if I click the "+" button to add a new section, but I'm clicking in the content area. If I change the section layout, from the panel, any new column or row will give me Web Parts flyout as expected.

Has anyone encountered this before?
