Malformed URL for installation of pypy3.3

I'm trying to install 5.5-alpha-20161013 and the URL returned for installation is https://bitbucket.org/squeaky/portable-pypy/downloads/pypy3-5.5-alpha-20161013-linux_x86_64-portable.tar.bz2 which results in 404
a. Can a copy of pypy3.3- created as pypy3- at https://bitbucket.org/squeaky/portable-pypy/downloads/
or
b. Downloader handle both pypy3.3- & pypy3- cases separately
